Ao ler este post de Paul Conley, pensei imediatamente em todos os CVs que enviei nos últimos oito anos, e no pouco resultado que me deram. Uma das perguntas que sempre a fiz mesmo foi: será que quem ler o meu cv percebe o que sei fazer?A ideia que tenho é que não. Se nem as empresas sabem do que andam à procura, como é que nós vendemos as nossas capacidades? A maioria parece querer um canivete suíço para usar a faca como chave de fendas. A questão é: como é que se deve apresentar um CV de jornalista new media em condições?Alguém sabe? |
While reading this post by Paul Conley, i immediatly thought about all the resumes i sent in the last years, and how did they amount to almost nothing. One of the questions i repeated to myself was: does anyone who read my resume fully understands what i can do? I don’t think so. If even the hiring companies aren’t aware of their own needs, how can we sell our own abilities? Most of them seem to want a swiss knife to use the cork screw as a screwdriver. The question is: how should a proper new media resume look like? Any thoughts? |
