Summer Institute 08: Dia 3 | Day 3

Depois de ontem termos abordado a história e a evolução da Internet, analisado blogs e sites informativos, hoje iniciámos o nosso blog da formação e criámos grupos para desenvolver três projectos onde aplicaremos a teoria à prática. Pelo meio falámos da web semântica, um assunto que me interessa muito. Para ilustrar este conceito o professor Rosental Alves mostrou-nos este vídeo fantástico de Michael Wesch.

After discussing yesterday the history and evolution of the Internet, and analyzed blogs and news sites, today we started a workshop blog, and created groups to develop three different projects where we’ll turn theory into practice. In between, we discussed the semantic web, a subject that is really interesting to me. To illustrate this concept, professor Rosental Alves shared with us this fantastic video by Michael Wesch.
