Sopranos&Apple

É sempre bom ver como a ficção consegue afectar as pessoas. O final da série Os Sopranos conseguiu irritar muita gente que tinha grandes expectativas sobre o destino de Tony Soprano e a(s) sua(s) famílias. Podem ler o final, não é mesmo nada de especial.

Outro italiano também irritou alguma gente, mas pelos vistos, em menor número: Gustavo Selva, senador de 81 anos do partido da oposição Aliança Nacional, fingiu estar doente para apanhar boleia numa ambulância para participar num debate televisivo sobre…a política italiana e os privilégios dos deputados.E ainda por cima, gabou-se do feito em directo.

Quem não anda nada irritado é Steve Jobs, que está a tentar levar a Apple à liderança nas novas tecnologias, infiltrando o browser Safari no ambiente Windows. Nunca o nome lhe assentou tão bem, o Windows é uma selva. Vejam o site da Apple.

It’s always good to watch how fiction can piss people off. The end of The Sopranos series did disgruntled a lot of people who had great expectations over Tony Soprano’s destiny and of his family(ies). You can the read the ending, it’s really not that special.

Another italian also disgruntled some people, but not as many apparently: Gustavo Selva, a 81 year old senator with the italian opposition party the National Alliance, pretended to be ill and caught a ride in an ambulance to participate in a television debate about…italian politics and deputies privileges. Moreover, he bragged about it live.

Who isn’t disgruntled at all is Steve Jobs , that is trying to take Apple to the lead in new technologies, infiltrating his Mac-born Safari browser into Windows turf. Never it’s  name was more suitable,Windows is a jungle. Check out Apple’s website.
